Hakeem Jimo is the Founder of VeggieVictory, the first-ever plant-based food tech company which started as a restaurant. Hakeem was born and raised in Germany until he graduated university and moved to West Africa to work as a journalist. His combined passion for sustainability and health has brought him to the decision to become an entrepreneur on a mission to bring healthy, plant-based food to everyone conscious about their health all while striving for a sustainable business and most importantly, a sustainable environment.
